These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter, Terms) govern the general conditions applicable to the commercial relationship between the organizer NATURALEZA ENCENDIDA S.L. (hereinafter, the Organizer) and consumers and users (hereinafter, the Users) who purchase tickets for the event through the platform accessible at https:\/\/naturalezaencendida.com (hereinafter, the Platform). <\/span><\/span><\/p>

The fact that tickets are purchased by the User implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any specific conditions that may have been established for the purpose.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Users of legal age who have the legal capacity to understand and accept these Terms may purchase tickets through the Platform.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Users must pay the price or amount indicated on the Platform. Such prices include VAT and\/or any applicable taxes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

Additionally, if any discount, surcharge, or additional fee (e.g., commissions or payment method fees) applies, the User will be informed of the total price, itemizing the previous amounts.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  3. Not use the Platform, the Event, and\/or the tickets for commercial or promotional purposes without the prior written authorization of the Organizer.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Illegal resale or forgery of tickets may result in their cancellation and\/or denial of access to the event without any refund or compensation. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    The Organizer reserves the right to suspend and\/or terminate the Service in case of violation or suspected violation of these Terms. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    5. Access to Events<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    Access to the Event is subject to the rules established by the venue and\/or the Organizer. Violation of these rules may result in denial of access and\/or removal of the User from the Event.     6. Withdrawal, Suspension, Cancellation, and Refund <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    The User may not exercise the right of withdrawal. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged nor refunded, except in the case of suspension or cancellation of the scheduled Event. The Organizer reserves the right to alter or modify the Event program, date, time, and announced artists for technical, artistic, or force majeure reasons. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    In the event of suspension or cancellation of the Event due to causes attributable to the Organizer, the User will have the right to a refund of the ticket price according to applicable rules, for which presentation of the ticket and\/or purchase receipt, complete and in good condition, will be required. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    Data collected during the purchase process will be processed by the Organizer to (i) manage ticket sales; (ii) manage the Event and control access; and (iii) comply with applicable legal obligations. <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    The legal basis for data processing is the execution of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, or the legitimate interest of the Organizer to ensure proper Event management.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

    Data will be processed to address possible incidents, complaints, or clarifications regarding the Event. Once the Event is completed, data will be archived and retained for fiscal or legal purposes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>
