“Navegantes” is a show featuring light, music, and technology that transforms the gardens of the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos into a tribute to the first meeting between Christopher Columbus and the Catholic Monarchs. This encounter, which marked the beginning of a historic expedition, is the focus of an artistic proposal designed to transport visitors to a moment that changed humanity.

ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
When is Naturaleza Encendida Córdoba held?
You will be able to visit us from May 1, 2026 to January 10, 2027.
Naturaleza Encendida will remain closed on December 24 and 31, and January 5.
How long does the tour last?
The approximate duration of the tour is 45 minutes, which is the estimated time to enjoy the full immersive experience.
What time does the exhibition close?
Access gate closes 15 minutes after the last session. It will not be possible to enter once the entrance door has been closed.
Closing of the Alcázar of Córdoba Gardens: 1 hour after the last entry time.
What happens if it rains during the visit?
The Alcázar of Córdoba Gardens remain open and Naturaleza Encendida takes place as usual in the rain.
As an outdoor show, we recommend wearing appropriate footwear and clothing, and, if necessary, a raincoat or umbrella.
The activity will only be canceled if weather conditions prevent the proper execution of the show and/or if required by the responsible authorities, in which case your ticket provider will contact you via the email associated with your purchase to provide all relevant information.
During the tour
Please remember that you are visiting the Alcázar of Córdoba, a monument included in the World Heritage designation. To help preserve the Alcázar gardens, visitors must follow the instructions provided on the signage and by staff.
- It is mandatory to follow the designated route, respecting the signage and pathway boundaries. Access to areas outside the route is not permitted, nor is stepping on the grass or landscaped areas, or touching the vegetation or lighting elements (spotlights, figures, structures).
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited during the tour.
- Access is not permitted with balloons, drones, bicycles, skates, motorized scooters, balls, or similar objects that could pose a risk to the Alcázar gardens and the lighting installations.
- Entry of objects that may pose a safety risk or be considered dangerous by the Organization is not permitted.
- Please do not disturb the animals.
- Naturaleza Encendida is a nighttime show in a historic garden, so we recommend that you watch your step to prevent possible accidents. Please pay attention to stairs, steps, and changes in the ground surface to ensure a safe visit throughout the route.

Naturaleza Encendida is held at the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos in Córdoba.

Visitors with reduced mobility: Entrance and exit via Reja del Jardín. Avda. del Alcázar s/n.
How can I get to the Alcázar of Córdoba to visit Naturaleza Encendida?
The Alcázar of Córdoba does not have its own parking facilities for the public.
We recommend using public transport.
The traffic area around the Alcázar of Córdoba is restricted; only vehicles with special permission, public transport, and taxis are allowed to access it.
Sustainable public transport:

o Line 03 (Puerta del Puente / Mártires)

ACCESSIBILITY
Is Naturaleza Encendida in Córdoba accessible for people with disabilities or reduced mobility?
The route is accessible for people using wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.
There are restrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility on the premises.
We do not have wheelchairs available for customers.
Visitors with reduced mobility may enter via Reja del Jardín, Avda. del Alcázar s/n, upon presentation of the corresponding accreditation, without joining the queue system. They may be accompanied by a maximum of one person, who must hold a valid ticket.
Please note that strobe lights are used during the route. Exposure to flashes or intermittent lighting may trigger epileptic seizures or fainting in photosensitive individuals.
Is Naturaleza Encendida Córdoba accessible for people with reduced mobility or for strollers?
The route is accessible with baby strollers.
We do not have a storage area for baby strollers. To make your visit more comfortable and smooth, the use of baby carriers is recommended.
TYPES OF TICKETS
What is the difference between a General Admission ticket and a Premium ticket?
GENERAL ADMISSION: Allows access to Naturaleza Encendida at the time selected when purchasing your tickets. Dispone de tarifas en función de la edad o discapacidad de los asistentes.
PREMIUM TICKET: Single rate (regardless of age or disability). Allows access to Naturaleza Encendida during the time slot you have chosen, without queues or waiting.
What are the discounted passes for Naturaleza Encendida Córdoba?
The discount for residents or people born in Córdoba (Capital) applies to those who can prove, by means of a national ID card or a certificate of registration, that their place of birth or residence is in Córdoba (Capital). It is not valid for municipalities in the province of Córdoba.
Are there reduced-rate tickets? Do I need to show valid ID at the entrance if I purchase a reduced-rate ticket?
Below are the reduced-rate categories and the accreditation required at the entrance. Please remember that access will not be allowed without the corresponding accreditation.
Children’s Ticket (Up to and including 3 years old)
ID card, passport, birth certificate, or family record book.
Senior (65+) and Student Ticket
ID card or passport required to access with the Senior (65+) Ticket.
Student ID card or access to the educational institution’s website together with an ID card to access with the Student Ticket.
Ticket Pack (4 to 10 tickets)
Price per person. At least one attendee must be a child aged 4 to 14. Proof of the child’s age will be required at the entrance.
Disabled Person Ticket
It is necessary to present proof at the entrance of a recognized disability degree of 33% or higher.
Do babies need a ticket?
Children aged 3 and under (inclusive) do not pay admission, but they must obtain a CHILDREN UNDER 3 TICKET in order to access Naturaleza Encendida.
The purchase of this ticket must be linked to the purchase of an Adult Ticket; it is not possible to obtain Children Under 3 Tickets without first obtaining an Adult, Senior (65+), Student, Ticket Pack, or Disabled Person Ticket.
Proof of the child’s age will be required at the entrance in order to use the ticket. (ID card, passport, birth certificate, or family record book) Access will not be allowed without the proper accreditation.
Do children need a ticket?
We offer a general ticket rate for children aged 4 to 14 (inclusive).
If you purchase a PREMIUM ticket for yourself, you must also purchase a PREMIUM ticket for children aged 4 to 14 (inclusive).
Children under 14 must be under the constant supervision of an adult.
For safety reasons, access with balloons, drones, bicycles, skates, motorized scooters, balls, or similar objects that could pose a risk to the Alcázar gardens and the lighting installations is not permitted.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?
Yes, tickets for Naturaleza Encendida Navegantes in Córdoba can be purchased at the box office during the exhibition period.
How can I verify if my ticket purchase was successful?
I haven’t received my tickets. What should I do?
If you selected Printable Digital Ticket and have not received your tickets, please check your junk or spam folder and make sure the email address used during registration is correct.
If you selected Home Delivery and have not received your tickets within the delivery period, please check that the delivery address for each order in your user area is correct for receiving the tickets.

Can I cancel or change my tickets?
When purchasing your tickets, please check the date, time, city, price, and ticket category, as once the purchase is complete, tickets cannot be modified or refunded.
What is ticket cancellation insurance?
Cancellation insurance is a service that allows you not to lose the money for your tickets in case a specific unforeseen event prevents you from attending, such as the death of a family member, premature birth, a court summons as a witness or juror, a call to an electoral board, revocation of your driver’s license, starting a new job or relocating for work, taking official exams, being directly affected by a workforce reduction (ERTE), a vehicle breakdown, or an accident that prevents you from reaching the event, etc.

Can I give my tickets to someone else?
Yes. Tickets are not nominative; they can be freely transferred or gifted.
How can I change or update my personal information?
You can change your personal details in your personal customer area by logging in with your username and password. Once inside, click on “Personal Details” to change your registration information or update your password.
How should I present my tickets to gain entry?
• Printed (in black and white or color, with a readable barcode).
• On a mobile device (showing the code for validation).
What happens if I arrive late for my session?
It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Entry cannot be guaranteed once the session has started.
What are the handling fees?
Service fees are an additional charge on the ticket price and are intended to cover the costs of processing the sale.
These fees are applied per ticket, not per overall transaction, as each ticket involves individual logistical, fiscal, and administrative processing.
How can I request an invoice for my ticket purchase?
If you need an invoice for your purchase, contact your ticket provider using this form. Remember that the invoice must be requested after the event date, and you must provide the billing information to be included.
What happens if the event is canceled?
